Residential Property or Commercial Property SolicitorLocation: HorleyHours: 9.00am – 5.15pm (hybrid available)Salary: £DOEWe have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor or Commercial Property Solicitor to join our clients well established Lexcel accredited firm. Our client is looking for a committed candidate to join their friendly, and approachable team. You can have experience in either commercial property or residential conveyancing, or both! The role can be tailored around your experience and training can be offered in the area of law you may not know!Duties and Responsibilities:
  • To manage residential sales & purchases
  • To handle remortgage transactions and equity release transactions
  • To check titles of freehold and leasehold properties
  • To deal with the transfer of equity and matrimonial transfer
  • To develop client contacts in the local area
  • To cross refer clients to other departments where appropriate.

  • Experience of handling residential property caseloads
  • Knowledge of the local area
  • Proven experience of business development
  • Working within agreed deadlines
  • Accuracy, efficiency, and presentation of work
  • Team working
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.
  • Providing highest standards of client service
  • Discretion, tact and ensuring the confidentiality of client and firm affairs.
