Your responsibilities will include:Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion,Conducting property searches and scrutinising contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance,Providing legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the transaction process,Acting as a point of contact for clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, fostering positive relationships,Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry and handling related documentation,Ensuring all transactions are compliant with relevant legislation and best practices andMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of property law and legislative changes.THE CANDIDATE:You should be either a qualified Solicitor, ILEX or CLC.The ideal candidate will have experience across a wide range of residential property matters to include:Residential Sales and PurchasesRe-mortgagesLease Variations and ExtensionsTransfers of EquityEquity Release.You will have experience of managing and progressing your own caseload and be confident working independently from the outset.HOW TO APPLY:Contact Kate Stubbs at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
