As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in the smooth running and provide a comprehensive support to their legal team. Your duties will include document preparation, managing correspondence, typing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage legal documents with accuracy.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, court dates, and meetings.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with client communication and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform general office duties, such as typing, photocopying, and mailing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A certificate or diploma in legal studies is preferred.
