Duties
- Electrical, plumbing and fabric PPMs and reactive tasks
- Electrical - BMS readings, lighting repairs, power distribution fault finding and repair, replacing sockets/switches, replacing electrical doors, PAT testing, Lighting upgrades, electrical project work
- Plumbing - Drainage/flushing, fixing leaks, unblocking toilets, changing taps/washers
- Fabric - painting, decorating, plastering, fixing doors & locks, basic carpentry, assembling furniture
Requirements
- C&G 18th edition
- C&G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installations
- 3 years min. building services maintenance experience
- Physically able to navigate a large site
