Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Horley

We are recruiting for a growing fast paced FMCG manufacturer who have an opportunity for Maintenance Engineer based in Horley. I am looking for a Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing background that is multi skilled, ideally electrical bias or mechanical bias with strong electrical skills, holding an electrical engineering qualification. As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for planned maintenance activities and reactive maintenance. You will be a key member of the Maintenance Department, playing a critical role from its inception through to its growth and full operation. You will actively prevent equipment failures, improve performance through enhancements, maintain service levels to reduce downtime, and ensure clear communication with all relevant personnel.

Skills required for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

  • Have an electrical engineering qualification.
  • Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
  • Electrical bias
  • Or Mechanical bias with strong electrical skills
  • Manufacturing Background
  • Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
