Our client is a well established and reputable organisation in the travel industry and they are looking for an organised and professional candidate with a good eye for detail, to join them in their small, friendly office on the outskirts of Gatwick.

The Role:

In this role you will be providing administrative support to the product and sales teams. Key duties include looking at competitors pricing and products. analysing and comparing rates of suppliers and competitors, and compiling and maintaining pricing spreadsheets. You will be liaising with suppliers, hotels and resorts, and working with the accounts and sales teams to deal with any queries or issues relating to invoices, pricing and contracts.

Skills Required:

You must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. and be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to use Microsoft packages including Excel. A background or an interest in travel will be an advantage.

Hours and Benefits:

  • Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.15pm.
  • Work from home on Friday after successful completion of training and probation
