Key Responsibilities as a Registered Children's Nurse

  • You will contribute to the assessment of patients' health and well-being across a diverse and evolving caseload.
  • You will assist in the delivery of care to address individual health and well-being needs effectively.
  • You will provide and receive complex, sensitive, or contentious information with professionalism and discretion.
  • You will actively develop your own knowledge and skills, as well as support the development of others.
  • You will promote best practices in health, safety, and security within the organisation.
  • You will assist in the maintenance and development of services to ensure high-quality care.

Essential qualifications & experience required as a Registered Children's Nurse

  • You will be a Registered Nurse with no restriction on NMC PIN
  • Experience of working on a children's ward
  • Confident with working independently
