Salary: £33,000 - £37,500 (up to £19.50 per hour) + £5,000 welcome bonus
Hours: Full Time and Part Time hours available - you can choose depending on your preference (options of: 11.5 hours, 23 hours, 34.5 hours or 37.5 hours)
Shifts: Options of Days only ( 7.30am - 8pm ) or Nights only ( 7.30pm - 8am ) or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - you can choose depending on your preference

Summary:
Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
Together we are seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) to work within a brand new purpose built Inpatient CAMHS Mental Health Hospital for young people aged 13 to 18 years old with a primary diagnosis of mental health conditions such as mood disorders and acute psychosis, in Surrey. They also care for young people with eating disorders. There is an Ofsted registered independent school onsite which offers education from Key Stage 3 (KS3) through to GCSE and A-levels. The hospital is available solely for NHS funded care and treatment. The partnership brings together complementary expertise and best practice to jointly manage the inpatient unit and delivery a high quality service for young people.
Key Responsibilities
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) or Learning Disability Nurse ( RNLD ), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to young people and adults with acute mental health needs. You will also support your colleagues and promote positive teamwork.
- Provide Compassionate Care: Deliver effective and compassionate nursing care to service users.
- Care Management: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Team Support: Mentor and support team members to foster a collaborative environment.
- Record Keeping: Observe, record, and report changes in service users, maintaining accurate care records.
You will work in a busy ward environment that offers a mix of routine and variety, keeping you engaged and motivated.
Requirements
- You will be either a qualified Mental Health Nurse ( RMN ) or Learning Disability Nurse ( RNLD )
- NMC registration
- Full eligibility to live and work in the UK
