Are you an experienced Multi-Trader looking for a new opportunity? We are working with awell-established maintenance and construction company specialising in fire damage restoration and insurance works, and they are seeking a skilled and reliable tradesperson to join theirteam.
About the Role:
As a Multi-Trader, you will be working on a variety of projects, including fire-damaged properties and general maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of repairs and refurbishments, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and repair work
- Plumbing, including basic repairs and installations
- Decorating, including painting and wallpapering
- Tiling, both wall and floor
- Carpentry, including door hanging, skirting, and general woodwork
- Floor laying, including laminate, vinyl, and tiling
- Other general building and finishing tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader in construction, maintenance, or insurance works
- Strong skills in at least two or more of the above trades
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Own tools (advantageous but not essential)
