About the Role:In this role, as the Compliance Officer, you'll maintain and enhance the quality management system, ensuring compliance with international standards. Working closely with departments across the organisation, you'll promote high-quality practices and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:

  • Manage and improve the quality management system, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Conduct internal audits and support external audit coordination
  • Keep updated on changes to industry standards and maintain required documentation
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate quality practices into daily operations
  • Train staff on compliance standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience in quality management and compliance
  • Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on improvement
  • Essential: Driving licence and own vehicle
