Are you an Up & Coming Project Manager seeking a new opportunity to further develop and establish your career? Fawkes & Reece are partnered with a Principal Contractor who have been operating for 25 years across a variety of construction sectors including commercial, care homes, hotels, car show rooms and so on. This principal contractor has completed circa 200million worth of construction work and is growing.

About the role of the Project Manager

This main contractor is actively seeking a Rising Star Project Manager who can lead a 10million care home, new build scheme. This will be a mixture of traditional build and steel frame structure. You will be alongside a well established team including a Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager for the 85 week build contract.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager

  • Number one on Site leading a site team - having a Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager reporting to you
  • Responsibile for Quality Assurance and Health and Safety of the project, ensuring the works carried out are compliant.
  • Be able to co-ordinate trades and be strong in design co-ordination, working alongside the design team.
  • Ensure the project runs to programme, on time and within budget

Requirements of the Project Manager

  • Degree educated desired
  • Prior experience of being a number one on site leading a team
  • Care home construction experience desired
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • Motivated and driven individual who is looking to further develop in their career
