You will play a pivotal role in sourcing and procurement, working closely with renowned fashion and luxury brands in an innovative and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the sourcing and procurement of luxury fashion items and goods from international suppliers, ensuring optimal quality, price, and delivery timelines
- Negotiating pricing and supplier contracts, maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Handling a high volume of Purchase Orders with precision and efficiency
- Overseeing the management of product samples, ensuring proper storage, organisation, and timely dispatch
- Monitoring supply chain critical paths to ensure seamless delivery of luxury fashion products
- Reviewing and approving packaging and branding compliance for high-end fashion items
- Ensuring all product and supply data is accurately recorded in customer portals
About You:
- Proven experience in a buying or procurement role, ideally within the luxury fashion, apparel, or retail sector
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain supplier relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and confidence in stakeholder interactions
- Knowledge of sourcing from the Far East is highly desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential due to location)
