Asst QS / Administrator Gatwick - c£40k+

Are you an ambitious Asst / Junior QS looking for your next step in your career with a main building contractor?

I am currently recruiting for a forward thinking, ambitious Asst QS to join a small but team busy based from offices at Gatwick.

This is a fantastic company to grow with. They have offices throughout southern England and they provide full range of services into numerous sectors including commercial, industrial, education, health, MOD and residential.

Essentially the role will involve assisting in Quantity Surveying duties and providing Technical Administration support.

Duties will include

Preparing quotations, RAMS Appraisals

Carrying out Administrative duties as part of the contract

Assisting with plans of work and appropriate labour

Assisting with estimates of proposed projects

Liase with departmental staff, client departments, contractors and suppliers

Assisting with final accounts

Attend relevant meetings

Skills & Experience

Be commercially astute

Excellent communication skills

Be able to work well within a team environment

Be ambitious and determined

IT literate Microsoft Project (or similar), Word & Excel
