I am seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee a new Supported Living Service within the Horley area. You will provide direct support and guidance to a team of Support Workers and Seniors - who provide support to adults living with a learning disability, autism, complex needs and behaviours of concern. You will promote a positive culture within your service and will ensure delivery of person-centred care in line with best practices and current guidance.

The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Have experience of working within a Senior Support Worker or Deputy Manager position.
* Have experience ideally working closely with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, within residential homes.
* Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 3/4/5, or be working towards this.

This is a full-time role, flexibility may be required according to the needs of the service you support. A generous salary is on offer for this role up to 26,250 and great company benefits.
