Lloyds Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a storage company in search of a Store Manager to join their team.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, working independently while guiding a junior team member and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, maintain store standards, and be responsible for health and safety. You'll receive a competitive salary and opportunities for genuine career progression within a new business.

Key Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient processes and excellent customer service
  • Lead and motivate your team to meet sales targets and deliver on customer needs
  • Maintain store health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Handle administrative tasks, including managing contracts and customer enquiries
  • Ensure the store remains clean, well-organised, and inviting for customers
  • Monitor store performance and implement improvements where necessary

Essential Skills:

  • Proven leadership experience is a bonus, but not essential
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Previous experience working for storage company (desirable not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Motivated, adaptable, and eager for career growth opportunities

Opening Hours:

  • 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday
  • 8:00am - 2:00pm on Saturdays (hours are flexible)

Other Requirements:

Must have a driver's license due to the location.
