What our clients are looking for

Our clients are looking for reliable, caring and professional home care assistants to deliver a high quality of care in their own home, this may include medication management (assisting and administrating), personal care and hygiene, helping with duties around the house, and being an emotional support.

We are looking for Home Care Assistants who can build positive relationships with a range of clients and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

This is a highly rewarding role, we are seeking those who are compassionate, reliable and someone who can make a real difference.

How will you be helping our clients?

• Medication management and administration
• Help around the house.
• Meal preparation
• Personal care
• General emotional support

We're looking for:

• 3 months' paid experience in care, not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• A driver's licence & own car is essential.
• Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
