Day to Day of the Role:

  • Monitor and report on the progress of students with additional needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A recognised SENCO qualification or equivalent experience in special education.
  • QTS
  • A proven track record of effectively supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and parents.
  • A visionary and strategic approach to developing inclusive education practices.
