Location: Gatwick, Surrey

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: £23 p/h PAYE, £26.68 p/h Umbrella

Employment Type: Long-term, Ongoing work

Igloo is looking for a Paint Sprayer to join our client’s team in Gatwick. This role provides the successful candidate with the chance to work for one of the UK's leading automotive companies with a nationwide presence.

The Role:

• Painting a range of vehicles using a water-based paint scheme.
• Mixing and colour matching own paints prior to painting the vehicles.
• Undertaking some final prep of vehicle prior to paint.
• Painting small repairs on a single panel through to full resprays of vehicles.
• Vehicles can range from small family cars through to light commercial vehicles.
• Working in a fast paced, modern, well equipped bodyshop.

What kind of person we are looking for?

• Able to paint vehicles to a high standard.
• Experienced in mixing water-based paints.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
• Must have own air-fed mask and paint guns.
• Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
