Are you passionate about Liquor? Do you possess a deep knowledge of different liquor varieties and a keen interest in learning more and knowledge about the retail industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at one of the busiest airports!

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your expertise in Liquor to offer personalized recommendations and guidance to customers, catering to their preferences and helping them discover new and exciting varieties.

- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment, answering inquiries, and addressing customer needs promptly and courteously.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest liquor trends, distilleries, and production methods in order to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers.

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing inventory display, ensuring all the products are properly labelled, well-stocked, and attractively presented.

- Actively contribute to the growth and success of the different brands that you work on through suggestive selling, initiating product promotions, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

- Demonstrable passion for liquor, with in-depth knowledge of different liquor varieties.

- Strong understanding of the retail industry, with previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.

- Exceptional customer service skills, actively listening to customers' needs and offering tailored recommendations accordingly.

- Willingness to continuously learn and expand knowledge about liquor, attending training sessions, and staying informed about industry developments.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

- Attention to detail, ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining a visually appealing environment.

Pay from £12 to £14 based on experience.
