Role:
We are seeking an Mobile Handyman to join our clients’ dynamic team who are providing maintenance on a day-to-day basis within the retail sector, on a temp to perm basis.
Duties :
You will be responsible to carrying out maintenance tasks across Northwest London, predominantly within the retail sectors . The role demands versatility, attention to detail, and the reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including repairs, installations, minor carpentry and groundwork, painting, change of locks and general upkeep.
- Utilise hand and power tools for various jobs, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
- Assemble and disassemble fixtures, fittings, and other elements as required.
- Follow and interpret instructions accurately to complete tasks to a high standard.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and the maintenance engineer to ensure job requirements are understood and met.
- Travel between sites across Northwest London, ensuring all work is completed within the required timeframe.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License
- Knowledge in a multi-trade role, property service sectors.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and the engineer.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, with a solid understanding of safety protocols.
- Strong assembly knowledge and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and travel to various locations within Northwest London.
