Maintenance Administrator Facilities Management - Crawley, West Sussex

Your new employer is a market leading Facilities Management service provider, who are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator to join their ever-growing team in supporting the day to day running of operations across a high profile site in Crawley, West Sussex.

Your New Role:

  • Liaising with clients and sub-contractors to schedule appointments and arrange access
  • Liaising with engineers and clients via email and phone call
  • Responding to client call out requests within SLA \KPIs
  • Liaising with the supervisor to organising the engineers diaries
  • Updating sub-contractor contract forms
  • Processing quotes for clients and sending for approval
  • Following up outstanding quotes
  • Scanning all relevant documentation and uploading
  • Setting up new PPM Contracts/Manuals
  • Processing correspondence and certificates for clients
  • Raising purchase orders for materials/services required
