Duties

  • Electrical, plumbing and fabric PPMs and reactive tasks
  • Electrical - BMS readings, lighting repairs, power distribution fault finding and repair, replacing sockets/switches, replacing electrical doors, PAT testing, Lighting upgrades, electrical project work
  • Plumbing - Drainage/flushing, fixing leaks, unblocking toilets, changing taps/washers
  • Fabric - painting, decorating, plastering, fixing doors & locks, basic carpentry, assembling furniture

Requirements

  • C&G 18th edition
  • C&G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installations
  • 3 years min. building services maintenance experience
  • Physically able to navigate a large site
