HR Support Apprentice

W Crowder & Sons Ltd, part of theRSK Groupare a growing and supplying hardy wholesale nursery stock to commercial landscape professionals, land owners and public sector organisations throughout the UK, Channel Islands, Ireland and Western Europe.

They are currently seeking a HR Support Assistantas anApprenticeat their site inHorncastle.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with data inputting.
• Assist with employee related queries.
• Using HRIS (HR Information Systems) software and recording data.
• Assisting with Career fairs and promotion of the company.
• Assisting with the development & promotion of policies & procedures.
• Helping develop the long term HR strategy alongside the Head of Finance & HR.

Skills / Experience:

• Keen interest in developing a career within the HR field.
• Personable and professional.
• Enthusiastic and able to work in a varied role.
• Some computer use with software and office preferred.
• Interested in studying for a recognised qualification with further opportunities in the future.
