Teaching Assistant

Location: Horncastle

Salary: £85 - £100 per day
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Are you enthusiastic about supporting students in a secondary school setting? GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly school in Horncastle, starting ASAP.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with teachers to support students in KS3 and KS4.
Provide tailored assistance to students, including those with additional learning needs.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Assist in the preparation of resources and classroom activities.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role or working with young people is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
A passion for education and helping students achieve their full potential.
