As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment for pupils aged 4-11. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils who need extra guidance.
• Encouraging children's confidence, participation, and progress in learning.
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a structured environment.
• Supporting the social and emotional development of students.

• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to motivate and engage young learners.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
