Are you an experienced Sales Coordinator looking for a new challenge?
My client, a well establish company based in East London are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties will include:
- Handle customer orders and queries via phone and email, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
- Boost sales through upselling and offer smart alternatives when products are out of stock.
- Build strong relationships by putting customers first and delivering excellent service every time.
- Resolve issues quickly, from answering questions to addressing complaints with care.
- Work closely with other teams to meet business goals and keep things running smoothly.
The successful candidate will have/be:
- Proven experience or strong knowledge of construction products would be desirable but is by no means essential.
- Proactive, responsive, and meticulous in all tasks.
- Capable of confidently selling, negotiating, and persuading.
- Skilled at forming and nurturing valuable professional relationships.
- Collaborative, solutions-focused, and always ready to contribute.
