I am currently in need of a multi-site running project manager for an Essex based main contractor who is willing to travel and stay away as some of their work is in the midlands and other areas of the country as well as London & the M25. My client projects range from 2k - 1M and are mainly within the commercial, industrial & NHS sectors with a company turnover in excess of 50 million.
Key duties will be -
- Taking the overall operational lead on the project
- meet with sub-contractors to get their estimates & compiling quotes
- help with pricing & costing of projects
- Be able to lead the client and professional teams
- Be able to lead on all programming & planning duties
- Ability to be able to work with the design team on design implementation and client management
Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified
My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus a benefits package The position is looking to start ASAP but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
