Reeson Education are seeking SEN experienced Teaching Assistant for fantastic SEN Schools in Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and Newham. We work closely with the Schools in the area to ensure all Teaching Assistant long term vacancies are filled and all staff absence/sickness is covered. It is extremely busy and there is a lot of work on a weekly ongoing basis for SEN Teaching Assistant (s) in East London.

The Schools in need of regular cover are a mix of Specialist Schools and alternative provisions, some are government funded and many are independent specialist day schools. Schools you will be asked to attend can cater for children aged between 4 to 19 years with various special needs including: Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, Mild Learning Difficulties, Speech & Language Communication Needs, ADHD, Social Emotional Mental Health, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Hearing or Sigh Impaired.

The schools need someone who is able to hit the ground running so prior knowledge of SEN in Schools is essential. You must be able to build rapport quickly with students and staff and adapt to individuals needs and learning journeys. This role requires a confident TA who likes meeting new people and can quickly adapt to the surroundings of a new classroom.
