Our client, a reputable Estate Agent in Hornchurch, is seeking a Part-Time Property Valuer.
The position offers a salary of up to £25,000 pro rata, with on-target earnings between £40,000 to £60,000 including a 30% commission on successful instructions.
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in valuing properties and winning instructions.
The role requires a full UK driving license and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Working hours are flexible, with up to 24 hours per week available.

Our client, a well-respected Estate Agent in the Hornchurch Area, are looking to employ a Part-Time Property Valuer. They are extremely well-established within the local area and are looking to bring on an individual who has experience and are capable of winning instructions.

The successful Part-Time Property Valuer will be offered:

Up to £25,000 pro rata
30% commission on instructions that exchange and complete
On Target Earnings of £40,000 - £60,000
All Leads provided
Fantastic Commission Package

Working Hours:

Up to 24 hours a week

To be considered for the Part-Time Property Valuer Role you must have:

Over 5 years’ experience valuing and winning instructions
Ability to work in a team-based environment
Full UK Driving License

As a Part-Time Property Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to:

Attending Market Appraisals
Prospecting Valuations
Winning Instructions
