Requirements
- QTS qualification-this is essential
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)-this is essential
- 2 recent professional references
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Commitment to safeguarding all children
- Be willing to be fully involved in the life of the school community.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that will engage and enthuse learners
- Have good classroom control and be able to follow the school's behaviour's policy.
- Be proactive in your teaching approach, with an ability to raise attainment.
- Commit to developing the personalities, talents, and abilities of all students.
- Be confident in leading a classroom and working effectively as part of the staff team.
- Have a willingness and enthusiasm to commit to the expectations of the role and a desire to contribute to extra-curricular responsibilities.
