Are you an experienced Valuer wanting to work on a Part-Time basis?
We are currently looking for such an individual to join our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, in the Hornchurch area. Our clients are extremely well-established within the local area and are currently looking to bring on an individual who has experience and is capable of winning instructions as a Sales Valuer.
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
- Up to £25,000 pro rata
- 30% commission on instructions that exchange and complete
- On Target Earnings of £40,000 - £60,000
- All Leads provided
- Fantastic Commission Package
Working Hours:
- Up to 24 hours a week (to be discussed)
- 2/3 days per week
Sales Valuer requirements:
- Over 5 years’ experience valuing and winning instructions
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Full UK driving license and access to own car
- Local area knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Confident and personable
As a Sales Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Attending Market Appraisals
- Prospecting Valuations
- Winning Instructions
