- You will have 3 offices stock to let to include Hornchurch, Upminster and Romford which will ultimately reflect in your on target earnings potential.
- Previous Estate Agency lettings or sales experience is essential for this role.
- Existing Lettings Negotiators are earning £2,000 per month in commission alone!
- We are ideally looking for Lettings Negotiators with existing ARLA qualifications however, to gain your ARLA qualification is 120 hours of study and this will paid for at no cost to you.
- Are you an existing Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator with a proven track record in Residential Lettings and feeling unsettled or undervalued within your current position?

- Realistic on target earnings of £30,000 with a basic salary of £14,000 with a 3 month review on your basic salary plus 10% personal commission. Initial 3 month salary guarantee.
