Pay: £90-£100 per day
- A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university
- Previous experience working with children
- Confidence in managing behaviour and implementing effective strategies
- Strong communication skills for liaising with teachers and other professionals
- Enthusiasm for supporting children with a variety of Special Educational Needs
- Delivering 1:1 and small group support to students with specific behavioural needs
- Building rapport and relationships to encourage positive behaviour
- Assisting in the classroom to support students both academically and socially
- Working closely with the SEN team to adapt interventions as needed
- Liaising with professionals to develop targeted behaviour strategies
