About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative with military precision and attention to detail to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain grounds and landscapes to exceptional standards
• Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment
• Apply pesticides and herbicides safely and effectively
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Lead and coordinate maintenance activities

Essential Requirements:

• Military background preferred
• Min. 1 year experience
• PA1 and PA6a certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Excellent team working abilities
• Valid UK driving license
