A long-established manufacturer is seeking to hire a Maintenance Engineer to enhance their Maintenance department.
The Maintenance Engineer will perform maintenance tasks according to the set schedule and processes at their Telford facility.
Responsibilities include planned preventative maintenance, mechanical/electrical breakdown cover, and the ability to read both electrical and mechanical drawings.
Candidates should have completed a recognized engineering apprenticeship or possess a similar qualification, with experience in PLCs and robots being advantageous.

As Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance work in line with the schedule and processes.

Working from their manufacturing facility in Telford , the Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:

*Planned preventative maintenance

*Mechanical/electrical breakdown cover for all activities on site

*Ability to read and understand both electrical and mechanical drawings

*Knowledge of PLC's

*Knowledge of Robots

The successful candidate should have served a recognised engineering apprenticeship or similar appropriate qualification.
