Day-to-day tasks of the role:

  • Assist with incoming calls and manage incoming post for the IPFA department.
  • Conduct money laundering checks and complete client fact-finds on Intelligent Office.
  • Support the day-to-day work generated by the team, including scanning internal post and managing client mailshots.
  • Assist the Pension and Investment team with letters of authority and chase providers for documentation.
  • Provide support to the paraplanning team, including binding reports.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with regulatory responsibilities, focusing on consumer outcomes in all work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an administrator.
  • Proficient keyboard skills and practical experience with Word, Excel, and database applications.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and interact professionally with advisers and clients.
  • A flexible approach to work and the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
