- Handle incoming calls and schedule jobs for repairs and installations.
- Provide engineers with accurate job sheets and timesheets.
- Keep clients informed with regular updates on job progress.
- Update client contract terms via the CRM database.
- Raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
- Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and manage job progress to meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in administration (essential).
- Exceptional customer service skills-you'll be the key point of contact for clients.
- A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in engineer scheduling (a bonus, but not required).
- Starting salary of £26,000, increasing to £27,332.80 after 6 months.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
