- Assisting with sales order processing and liaising with procurement, business development and production teams.
- Supporting field-based sales reps with pricing and product information.
- Covering their Live Chat feature to engage with online customers.

- Experience in quoting, pricing, or sales administration support.
- A confident phone manner – you’re happy to pick up the phone and talk to customers.
- Strong numeracy skills – you’re comfortable working with prices and figures.
- A proactive, can-do attitude – you love solving problems and getting things done.
- Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks.
