Reed Crawley is delighted to partnered with this Global Organisation seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support within their Service department. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing customer communications, creating quotations and scheduling workloads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and emails, create quotations, and manage service reports.
  • Schedule workloads and assist the Service back office team.
  • Provide holiday cover and assist with spare parts billing.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred).
  • Initiative and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • SAP experience is desirable.
