- Service Administrator - Fixed Term Contract 6 months
- Must be able to drive to the office due to its remote location.
- Salary: £26-£28k, office-based with occasional remote work.
- Working hours: Mon-Thurs 8.30-5pm, Fri 8.30-4.30pm.
- 23 days holiday (pro-rata for initial 6 months) and 3% pension.
- Start date: ASAP.
Reed Crawley is delighted to partnered with this Global Organisation seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide comprehensive administrative support within their Service department. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing customer communications, creating quotations and scheduling workloads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and emails, create quotations, and manage service reports.
- Schedule workloads and assist the Service back office team.
- Provide holiday cover and assist with spare parts billing.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (preferred).
- Initiative and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- SAP experience is desirable.
