- Managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure maximum spend and best service
- Processing orders, amending contracts, and updating customer details
- Carrying out market research and identify new business opportunities through analysis of competitor data
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Previous experience in a similar customer service / account management role
- Good customer awareness
- First class communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail when working with & analysing data
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm & 4.15pm Friday finish
- £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
