One of the UK's leading innovators within their field, our client has been the authority for drug and alcohol testing for businesses in a variety of different industries for more than 20 years. They're now looking for a Sales Account Manager to help enhance their reach as they enter an exciting period of growth.

With minimal travel to client sites, the role is predominantly office based. The successful candidate will liaise closely with the technical workshop team to ensure they stay current with industry and competitor trends.

Sales Account Manager Package:

Sales Account Manager key responsibilities:

  • Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company, its competitor landscape and service offering
  • Provide online and in-person training courses to clients
  • Convert inbound enquiries, via email and the website, into new business for the company
  • Identify and follow up on opportunities from within the CRM system, rekindling dormant accounts
  • Effectively navigate and properly utilise the company's CRM system
  • Administer client training needs
  • Work to and thrive off hitting targets set by yourself in partnership with team leads
