Production technician 

Horsham, West Sussex.

As a Production technician you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment.
  • Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Assemble and package products according to customer specifications.
  • Perform quality checks to maintain product integrity and meet industry standards. 
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.
  • Always comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required.                                                                                
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
