- Pitch and sell exhibition stands and sponsorship packages for established and new events in the UK, EU, and US markets.
- Manage an annual sales target of £300,000, with opportunities for rapid growth.
- Develop new business opportunities through telesales, email outreach, and prospect research.
- Engage with existing and potential clients via phone, email, video calls, and in-person meetings.
- Attend industry conferences globally to generate leads and deepen client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and support team sales administration.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance outreach strategies.
- Contribute to project management, event planning, and operational tasks.
- Natural curiosity for technology, with a keen interest in learning about innovation.
- At least one year of experience in sponsorship or delegate sales, business development, or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and proactivity in managing client relationships.
- Adaptable, able to work independently while meeting targets.
- Strong research skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Educated to degree level, ideally in science or engineering (though not essential).
- A base salary circa 25-32k
- An uncapped 50-60k OTE
