This role is perfect for someone who excels in customer service and is looking for a varied and engaging position.As a Facilities Administrator, you play a central role in operations, providing essential support across various functions.*Please note this is a fully office-based role and own transport is required due to location. **Please note, the successful candidate will need to pass a security clearance/DBS check.*Key responsibilities:
  • Delivering back-office administrative support to both office staff and clients.
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms to ensure smooth operations.
  • Managing the mailroom, including incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and loading bays.
  • Overseeing facilities maintenance throughout the building.
  • Providing operational support as needed to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
The Person:
  • We are open to candidates with junior experience, provided they possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Experience in mailroom operations is advantageous and may qualify you for a higher salary.
  • Proficiency in IT and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A valid driving license due to the location of the company.
