This Content Marketing Manager will be creative, strategic, and data-driven, with a passion for technology and a proven track record of implementing or participating successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities of this Content Marketing Manager:

  • Manage content programmes from start to finish.
  • Create high-quality, value led content to drive demand generation efforts.
  • Repurpose content to maximise content ROI across channels.
  • Collaborate closely with subject-matter experts to craft original content across a diverse range of formats.
  • Report on content performance and take a data driven approach to constantly optimise the content we create.
  • Efficiently incorporate stakeholder feedback, making necessary amendments and rewrites while upholding quality standards.
  • Report on content performance and proactively experiment with different ways to attract new users.
  • Learn from what data tells you and optimise the future content that you write.

Requirements of this Content Marketing Manager:

  • 2+ years experience in content marketing (ideally B2B SaaS tech).
  • Experience in producing a wide range of content formats (from long form, to short form, to video, webinars, podcast etc.)
  • You have a good understanding of demand generation and what works from a content perspective.
  • You’re a storyteller who can make can balance creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Hands-on approach to everything you do - you're willing to jump in and help others in the team as needed.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality content.
  • Data-driven and highly analytical - you know how to get the best performance out of the content you produce and how to report on successes.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practice and content optimization.
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools like Hubspot/GA4.
  • Experience with CMS tools such as Hubspot is a plus.
  • Experience managing the workload of external freelancers and agencies.
  • Collaborative and open-minded - you care about quality and results.
  • Capacity to work at pace, under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
