If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable Aviation Supplier, who are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Horsham.This pivotal role involves managing a team of 4-5 Sales Account Managers, improving processes, setting and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and conducting one-to-one reviews.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of Sales Account Managers, driving individual and team performance.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team objectives to ensure service excellence.
  • Handle escalated customer issues to ensure swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Analyse team statistics and performance data, compiling comprehensive reports using Excel.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve workflows.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
  • Proven management experience, ideally leading customer service or sales account teams.
  • Strong background in the aviation industry, with excellent product knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of export processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Package
  • £38,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE.
  • Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; early finish on Fridays at 4:15 PM.
