- Basic Salary: £25,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
- On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £50,000
- Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
- Customer Focus: You’ll be the first point of contact, providing exceptional estate agency advice and personal service to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
- Branch Leadership: Take ownership of each branch you’re working in, ensuring both team motivation and branch profitability.
- Team Motivation: Lead by example, running daily morning meetings and coaching sessions to inspire and guide the team.
- Business Development: Generate new leads and secure new business, driving branch performance to exceed targets.
- Property Valuations: Use your expertise to value properties and advise clients on showcasing their homes to achieve the best possible price.
