Are you a Customer Operations Manager who is seeking a new and exciting role to lead a sales account team and manage support the export team with compliance. This role is crucial for improving customer service experience, creating engaged customers, and facilitating organisational growth. The ideal candidate will take ownership of customer issues and drive resolutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the sales account team, including strategic customers and coordination with overseas offices
  • Oversee a team of account managers responsible for managing client relationships from the quotation stage through to customer care.
  • Address specific requirements of high-profile customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth process in customer dealings, especially in understanding the products related to obsolescence aircraft.
  • Produce reports on sales pipeline and maintain order flow
  • Mentor and develop customer service agents, fostering an environment of encouragement and empowerment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies for all exports 
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a management role within customer operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer service, sales management, and export compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer requirements.
  • Ability to mentor and lead a team, promoting teamwork and tenacity.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Knowledge of industry’s best practices and a proactive approach to adopting new strategies.
