Sales Manager required for our client located on the South Coast of West Sussex, a professionally recognised estate agency. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance, property valuations, downloading new properties and building relationships with our professional colleagues including solicitors, lenders and other estate agency companies.
The Sales Manager will ideally have exceptional customer service while keeping abreast of current market conditions. He/ she will also assist the Branch Manager while working closely with the sales team.
Sales Manager Remuneration
- Basic Salary:25,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
- On Target Earnings:35,000 - 55,000
- Car Allowance:3,000 or Company Car
- Work Pattern:5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Sales Manager Requirements
- Proven listing / business generation track record
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage budgets, coach teams and inspire people to meet targets and win business
- A full driving license
