You'll play a key role in developing new business, reigniting lapsed accounts, and supporting existing client projects from costing to delivery.Key responsibilities:
  • Drive new business and grow existing/lapsed accounts
  • Develop sales strategy and KPIs; track and optimise team performance
  • Support sales cycle: quoting, costing, project coordination
  • Lead from the front - mentor, motivate, and support the team
  • Identify marketing opportunities; attend trade shows and exhibitions
  • Ensure accurate CRM logging and strong internal communication
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team on wider strategy
About You:You're a commercially focused leader with a strong background in Technical Sales - ideally in HVAC or pharmaceuticals - and confident interpreting technical drawings. You thrive in SME environments, lead by example, and love building structure and momentum within a sales team.

  • Skilled in managing full sales cycles (SMEs and key accounts)
